Refunds & Cancellations
We want you to be confident before you engage us. Every engagement is quoted and agreed in advance. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for both one-time engagements and recurring subscriptions. All amounts are in US dollars.
Recurring subscriptions (monthly retainers)
Cancel anytime, 14-day notice. You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time by emailing hello@tarelabsconsulting.com. Your cancellation takes effect after a 14-day notice period. You are billed for that notice period and are not billed for any period after it.
- Recurring plans bill monthly in advance to the payment method on file and continue until you cancel.
- Because retainer time is reserved and delivered each month, monthly fees for the current and past periods are non-refundable once that period's work has begun. Cancelling stops future billing after the notice period.
- We will always confirm a cancellation in writing. If you are ever charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will refund it promptly.
One-time engagements (audits and projects)
- Before work begins. If you cancel a one-time engagement before any work has started, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for it.
- After work begins. Once work has started, fees for work already performed and deliverables already produced are non-refundable. Any prepaid amount not yet earned is refunded.
- Deposits reserve capacity and cover initial work; they become non-refundable once the engagement is scheduled and preparation has begun.
How to cancel or request a refund
Email hello@tarelabsconsulting.com with your name, the engagement or plan, and your order or invoice reference. We confirm every request and process approved refunds to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
Payment questions and chargebacks
If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first at hello@tarelabsconsulting.com. We resolve billing questions quickly and prefer to make things right directly rather than through a dispute.
No guarantee of results
Refunds relate to the service purchased, not to business results. Outcomes depend on your market and execution, and we do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, or growth.
